To check your account balance or verify a deposit, please call PATTI (Pacific Audio Teller for Touchtone Information) audio response system. Just dial the phone, follow the prompts and enter your PIN number to transfer funds, check balances, request a withdrawal by check and more. Plus, it’s FREE!
Not only is PATTI the QUICKEST way to get information, it’s also the MOST CONVENIENT. PATTI is available day or night, seven days a week. Another advantage: PATTI is a SECURE way to obtain your account information. That’s because you access your information using a PIN number used only by you. If you haven’t yet established a PIN number, please contact the Credit Union office at (909) 594-1866 to request your PIN and instruction pamphlet.

| When you use PATTI you agree to the following terms and conditions: |
1. Only joint owners on your primary savings account are authorized to
use this service. You should not disclose your PIN number to anyone
not authorized to sign on your primary savings account.
2. Pacific Federal Credit Union may terminate this agreement and your
use of PATTI if:
a. You or any joint owner on your account breach this or any
other agreement you have with Pacific Federal Credit Union, or
b. Pacific Federal Credit Union has reason to believe that there
has been an unauthorized use of your PIN. You or any joint
owner on your account may notify Pacific Federal Credit Union
that this agreement is cancelled.
3. All the terms and conditions associated with your savings account,
checking accounts, or loan accounts which are affected or accessed
by PATTI are incorporated by this reference.
4. Any authorized user of your PIN will have complete access to any
and all sub-accounts of your primary account number. (That is why
it is important not to disclose your PIN.)
5. Pacific Federal Credit Union reserves the right to change the terms
and conditions of this agreement and to notify you of such changes.
6. Amendments to this agreement may be provided to you, in
accordance with applicable law, without restatement of the above
terms. |
